After 21 years of being involved in large IT and Business transformation projects across the world, I have returned home to the sunny Hawkes Bay to settle and ensure my children have the same opportunities growing up in this beautiful part of the world as I did.
My background is of solid analytical, functional and technical business and solution delivery. I thrive to implement fit for purpose plans and solutions that can be delivered and prioritised based on business needs, risk, environment, capacity or any other factor that may arise during intense delivery time-frames.
I have a deep understanding of business analysis and process mapping which helps to relate to core processes in any industry. I am extremely adaptable and have worked across multiple industries (IT and Non IT related) including utilities, farming, meat works, retail, government, supply chain and construction.
Over time I have seen costs related to business improvement and IT management increase with less personalised service. IT often do not understand business needs and that is, where I believe, I can make a difference. By interpreting behaviour, analysing data, quantifying problem areas and developing treatment plans whether they be associated with people, process, technology or even the data itself I will streamline your IT processes and lead transformation of your solutions to be fit for purpose.
